Norilsk, the northern star of Siberia

Norilsk is a Russian city located in northern Siberia, precisely in the Arctic Circle. This geographical position deeply influences the characteristics of the city, both from the architectural point of view and the residential one. As a result, my method of approach, analysis and development of the various designs have been based on several factors that make this city rare and in some ways unique.
